How much is shipping?
US & Canada
- Orders above $100: Free shipping, $5 flat rate for express shipping
- Orders below $100: $10 flat rate for expedited shipping OR $15 flat rate for express
Europe
- Order above $150: Shipping is on us!
- Order below $150: $20 shipping fee
Australia & UK
- Order above $150: Shipping is on us!
- Order below $150: $15 shipping fee
International
- Order above $200: Shipping is on us!
- Order below $200: $30 shipping fee
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status and delivery date of your order.
What does the “Ships on” date mean?
‘Ship on’ date refers to when the product will ship from our facility. Note, it does not refer to when the product will be delivered.
Note: based on the volume and capacity, some orders may be processed earlier than the date shown.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. Shipping timelines are usually within 3 business days from date of purchase. If the item is backordered, it will be noted on the product page and our team will email you on the estimated shipping date.
Engraved & monogrammed: our jeweler needs to craft the piece for you once you order, it can take a bit more time to receive this type of product. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
US & Canada: Duty is included in the shipping fee. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
UK: Duty & Tax are paid at checkout.
International shipments: Duty & tax may be incurred on your shipment. All additional duty and tax fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Kalo79 does not have control over these fees and they vary by country.

Kalo79 is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
What happens if I refuse my shipment?
If a customer refuses the delivery of the order for any reason. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Kalo79. Please note, that amount is dependent on your shipping country. If you want to make any adjustments to the shipping address please be sure to reach out to our customer service team contactkalo79@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
When will I be charged for backorder and/or engraved or monogrammed items?
Your credit card/PayPal account will be charged at the time the order is placed. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available.

Returns Information
Are returns free?
Europe: $20 USD fee will be deducted from refund
International: $30 USD fee will be deducted from refund
US, Canada and Australia: free return
What is your return and exchange policy?
Kalo79 accepts pieces for return within 30 days of shipment date. All returns must be in original condition, unworn, no damage with all tags (if any) still attached and in all original packaging (box and pouch included). Please note we need to receive your returned piece back at our facility by the end of the 30 day window.
Kalo79 does not offer exchanges for any pieces.
Engraved and Monogrammed Products: All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
Return Packaging: Please return your order back to Kalo79 in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted, as this increases shipping rates. Kalo79 will not incur increased shipping fees due to large packing and reserves the right to deduct any additional shipping fees from refunded amount when applicable.
Clearance: All items purchased on clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Kalo79 has the right to deny a return and have the item shipped back to the customer.
Why wasn’t my shipping refunded?
Kalo79 is unable to refund original shipping fees on any order. Orders outside of the US or Canada may incur duty and tax, the customer is responsible for paying these fees. Kalo79 is unable to waive or refund these fees even if order is returned.
When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to 8-14 business days for processing once return is received. You will receive an update on your refund, store credit or replacement via email.
How do I start the return process?
Log into your Kalo79 account and select “My Returns”. You’ll be walked through steps to select the items and generate labels. If you have any issues, please contact our customer service team contactkalo79@gmail.com.

How do I know what materials are used in my jewelry?
The materials used in each product are listed on the individual product page
What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?
Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to contactkalo79@gmail.com and our customer service team will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Do you have a warranty?
All products are under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover lost items, scratches, damages (bent ring, broken chain), improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification such as resizing or repair work done by a third party, or normal wear and tear.
Can I get my jewelry fixed or reworked by an outside jeweler?
Kalo79 does not recommend having our products fixed, repaired or worked on by outside jewelers or third parties. This voids any potential refund or replacement, should a defect develop due to their work. This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
